HYDRAUCLIC collects the information needed to process a service request, review a business account request, support billing and communicate with customers.
Information you provide
Depending on the form, information may include company name, contact name, phone number, email address, business and billing addresses, industry, accounts-payable information and technical details needed for a service request.
Request attribution
When present, the website may associate campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium and campaign, gclid or fbclid, as well as the landing page and referring origin, with a submitted request. This information is used to understand where requests originate.
Business account and credit
The public business-account form does not request banking information or sensitive credit references. A Net 30 request is separate and remains subject to review and approval.
How information is used
Submitted information may be used to respond to your request, prepare or schedule service, review a business account request, prepare billing, follow up commercially and maintain information needed for the customer relationship.
Online payment
When an online payment is made, the payment flow is provided by Stripe. Payment-card details are not collected through HYDRAUCLIC website forms.
Website analytics
Google Analytics, when configured, remains disabled until you accept analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. If you decline or withdraw consent, the website disables Google Analytics and attempts to remove HYDRAUCLIC Google Analytics cookies.

Retention and technology providers
Retention depends on the type of request, the customer relationship and applicable obligations, so the website does not state one retention period for every category of information. Technology providers may process certain information when required for website hosting, request delivery, consented analytics or online payment.
