The hourly rate depends on when service is performed. The 3-hour billable minimum covers the combined time for travel to the site, on-site work and travel back. Parts, supplies and applicable taxes are billed separately.

HYDRAUCLIC mobile workshop truck on a worksite

Three-hour minimum, including round-trip travel.

It does not mean three hours of on-site work plus travel. Total billable time combines travel to the site, work on-site and the return trip.

Example: 1 h to the site + 1 h on-site + 1 h return = 3 billable hours. When the total exceeds 3 h, actual hours are billed.

Understanding your invoice

Travel counts toward the three-hour minimum; parts are billed separately.

01 · MINIMUM

3 billable hours

Mobile service has a three-hour billable minimum. Round-trip travel time and on-site labour both count toward that minimum.

02 · SUPPLIES

Parts billed separately

Hoses, fittings, adapters, protection, consumables and other supplies are billed separately based on the service performed.

03 · TRAVEL

Travel counts toward the minimum

Travel in both directions is billed at the applicable hourly rate and counts toward the three-hour minimum. For example, two hours to reach the site and two hours to return represent four billable travel hours, plus on-site labour.

Applicable taxes are additional.
